What I share is just a part, if any, of your story

In all things, no matter who from, my invitation is always to embrace what resonates and release what doesn't. Even if that means the tone isn't for you. What's yours will always find you. ❤️

The Soft Life. A Feminine Lifestyle, and More.

The Soft Life. A Feminine Lifestyle, and More.

A lot of us believe in "hard work pays off" and "the struggle is real" and ideas like that, that come out of slavery and the European caste / socio-economic hierarchy system. Humans, however, are not actually designed for life under stress. These ideas I call brainwashing because they're so pervasive that they’re viewed as fact. Ideas like productivity and economy as critical for our world to survive are all based on profits for a few, and most of us cannot fathom a world beyond that. What happens when we let that all go, and check in with ourselves to see what our own values truly call us to?

If you're feeling this deeply as well, I believe you will find solace and a sense of support in her article. I truly empathize with this lens on the shift, and many of us will feel and experience it as she has. What I share, here, is a lens that takes this shift and (hopefully) awakens a greater sense of possibility within you.

Phases of the Feminine

Happy to give this talk, as well, if it resonates with you and your audience. If you saw this first on Instagram, I've reframed it here to invite us, as feminine women, to honour ourselves, rather than focus on society, as I did on Instagram. May you find the invitation here to come home to yourself.

Pay Equity. Our Inner Dialogue

Pay Equity. Our Inner Dialogue

Setting better rates—our own part in pay parity / pay equity—starts with looking inward at our own self-worth, so that we are unapologetic in setting our rates (among other things). I believe my role is to help women (or anyone doubting) start that inner dialogue from a place of, "yes! Why not me?!" — Crystal-Marie Sealy, MBA, Mom. Let's see if anything here moves you to be more comfortable with higher pricing. ❤️

There is an unmistakable glow. Any woman in that moment, her glow is more potent. In a feminine woman, that glow almost fills the room. Don't lose that to fit in. You almost feel the energy of that appreciation of you get to observe it. I cannot speak for the masculine, here, but "someone" above includes the men I have observed. We all seem to need beauty. Why would we want to eliminate that light?
