Boundaries. Bullying, Parenting and Society's Discomfort with Victims.

I'm not usually vulnerable about things like this, but if this supports, validates, affirms anyone else who's taking a stand against bullies to teach their little ones to stand up for themselves, by example, I'm happy to have shared. ❤️ Because what I Have noticed is that my daughter and I are being shunned due to this particular bully's gossip, because "we're making it awkward" by taking a stand and cutting them off. Interesting, that the bullying and gossip isn't awkward; just the well-boundaried response 🧐

Why Self First is so important

Why Self First is so important

"SELF. The healed, whole Self. Discovered, loved, nurtured, knows compassion because it experienced it first within. It is This Self who can Truly Love others. Please don't be shamed out of putting Self First."

The Soft Life. A Feminine Lifestyle, and More.

The Soft Life. A Feminine Lifestyle, and More.

A lot of us believe in "hard work pays off" and "the struggle is real" and ideas like that, that come out of slavery and the European caste / socio-economic hierarchy system. Humans, however, are not actually designed for life under stress. These ideas I call brainwashing because they're so pervasive that they’re viewed as fact. A quick reminder that The Self, the true innate You, is a crucial aspect of any genuinely authentic and intuitive approach to life — it Is entirely based on the self. And if in doubt, Patricia talks briefly too about the fact that intuition proves itself. May you find what you need here, today.

For a time. Moments, Lifetimes, Seasons

For a time. Moments, Lifetimes, Seasons

If they've become permanently incompatible we remember, that we are in each other's lives for a time. Sometimes it's for one or several moments, sometimes for a lifetime and sometimes for different seasons. If they're momentarily incompatible, we remember and honour individual sovereignty, honouring our needs and boundaries in that moment.

Birthdays and Moments

Birthdays and Moments

Another beautiful trip around our Sun. Looking at how quickly the time flew between 40 and this 41st year of mine, it’s such a great reminder of how each moment makes up a year. Hoping to be more present in as many moments as possible, this year. Following what intuitively feels best this year, too…
