Happy Birthday to Me!

Another beautiful trip around our Sun. Looking at how quickly the time flew between 40 and this 41st year of mine, it’s such a great reminder of how each moment makes up a year.

Hoping to be more present in as many moments as possible, this year. Following what intuitively feels best this year, too.

I know I've been inactive here and online I general, and that so even among friends and family that I hold dear, this year. Sometimes energy organically flows inward, and sometimes it overflows to connect outwardly, in love.

Honouring that, I honestly believe, is what has kept me and my angel well, these past 2-3 years. Only in going outward, not honouring the flow of energy, did we get ever get unwell. Truly observing and honouring what flows without resistance, this year. I'll be here with more love when life allows, but know I'm always sending it when you cross my mind, and that's often.
